UBS sought to create a sophisticated environment designed to support collaboration and collegiality.

Scope of works included the fitout was reception/front of house, board rooms with integrated AV systems, back of house offices, kitchen and recreation space and secure facilities for data infrastructure.

We provided estimates and cost control for the project.
