This project included the construction of a new Tier 3, IL4 Data Centre for Spark Digital in Christchurch, comprising approximately 5000m² of ground floor area.  The works included the construction of a base isolated concrete and steel framed 4 storey building with glazed curtain walls and pre-cast concrete façades, with external works and landscaping also carried out.  Spaces consist of offices, whitespace area, bathrooms, various services rooms for UPS’s (uninterruptable power supply), generators and IEC cables.
