HOW TO NAVIGATE THE INITIAL PLANNING PHASE OF A PROJECT

Modern construction is daunting for the majority of clients, and trying to get the idea of a new project out of the boardroom or the long-term plan into something real is always a challenge to navigate.

Even before the pre-construction phase, WT’s highly experienced project directors provide much-welcomed support during the initial planning phases of a project and throughout the delivery phase. The initial phase of a project rarely focuses on design or construction but rather the understanding of business needs, organisational goals, priorities and desired outcomes from the final project.

To do this, our client reps look well beyond the completion of the project and will immerse themselves in your organisation to understand your organisation and brand, clients and customers and identify who your key stakeholders are. An understanding of the organisational commercial requirements and constraints will be a focus on which to establish project timeframes and range of delivery strategies.

With the full support of the client rep, a road map will be developed leading to a project delivery framework ensuring the project delivery team is the best team to meet the organisational objectives. Your client representative will continue to provide expert advice by representing your organisation at an executive level throughout the project delivery.
