You have questions, WT have answers

DOES WT SUPPORT WITH RISK MITIGATION AND CONTRACT DEVELOPMENT?

We are experienced in developing bespoke contracts for consultants, main contractors and facilities management engagement.  Before commencing contract development, each project, no matter how small, starts with a procurement plan to ensure scope, size, resource availability, location and many other influencing factors are considered.  We also specialise in identifying short falls and potential risks of contracts that can avoid costly variations.

HOW ARE STAKEHOLDERS MANAGED IN LARGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Often overlooked, we know that key stakeholders take many forms, with some of the most critical often not immediately obvious to the project. Our pre-construction process works closely with the client to identify discrete key stakeholders such as environmental agencies, silent investors, funders, insurers to more obvious stakeholders such as iwi, tenants, neighbours, asset owners and many more.

During project establishment, stakeholder requirements and influence on the project is established to identify delegated authority, hold points and reporting requirements etc.  We know that time spent understanding key stakeholders at the early stages avoids unwanted tension and mitigates potential delays.

DOES WT PROVIDE DEVELOPMENT MONITORING SERVICES TO BANKS, INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS, TRUSTS AND END USERS?

Yes, WT is an experienced provider of these services. Our service provides clients with ongoing independent professional advice on the construction risks associated with a development project, their likely impacts and the measures available to avoid, mitigate or transfer them. WT provide clients with reassurance through our development monitoring process.
