We analyse risk in the early stages of a project in order to implement mitigation strategies and have a strong handle on the project as a whole. Our team are experienced in carrying out a probablilistic estimate to help determine the level of contingency required, which is unique to every project. The probabilistic evaluation of contingency, at the highest level, involves reviewing the uncertainties within the estimate that has been prepared, considering risks that may or may not occur and which could impact the project, and applying values and probabilities to those uncertainties and risks.
Yes, WT have strong capability in undertaking whole-of-life embodied carbon assessments for infrastructure projects.
