HOW CAN PROFESSIONALISM AND EXCELLENCE BE ASSURED WITH WT?

Transparency is integral to our work ethic—no hidden fees; just upfront, honest collaboration. Our commitment to open communication fosters successful project execution. At WT, our team of professionals are driven by a shared passion for excellence. We prioritise continuous professional development to remain at the forefront of correct standards of practice, effective tools, platforms, methodologies, and industry trends.

Our team boast a number of professional memberships between them, such as: the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NZIQS), and the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS). Maintenance of a level of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is required to retain membership of these institutions. WT support this by providing time, training, and resources, and ensuring all staff members are provided the opportunity to attend seminars and conferences. Additionally, we facilitate in-house training to encourage staff to achieve well in excess of the minimum annual hours of CPD required.

HOW DOES WT MINIMISE DISRUPTION TO ONGOING HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL OPERATIONS?

We understand the need for projects to keep disruption to a minimum, particularly in hospitals and medical centres.

Thoughtful, holistic planning and consistent, effective communication are key to our approach. In previous projects, we’ve implemented flexible working hours to minimise disruptions during peak times, carefully structured project phases to ensure essential access is maintained, and rigorously adhered to all health and safety protocols. Our team has extensive experience working in live environments, skilfully balancing a variety of considerations to keep operations running smoothly.
