WT's services for westside healthcare
WT worked closely with the project manager to develop a procurement strategy. Working under an ECI agreement, a staged procurement approach has been adopted to allow for overlap of design and construction to achieve programme efficiencies desired by the client and maintain control of the supply chain engaged to maintain quality.
WT have developed a detailed cost plan, working closely with the design team to align anticipated requirements and obtain buy-in by the team. Works on site are currently underway, with the initial stages being contracted in-line with the cost brackets established.
