Lincoln University initiated a Master Programme of Works covering Capital Works and BAU workstreams across their campus, from 2017 to 2021.
Strict financial management and reporting by WT throughout the programme of works helped to swiftly identify overall programme status, potential risk items, and errors in accounting information.
WT were engaged to provide full quantity surveying services and overall cost management on each of the individual projects.

As a first and major step to meeting its carbon neutral ambitions, the university has committed to decarbonising its heating circuit through the removal or repurposing of its coal fired boiler prior to the end of its current discharge consent in 2025. Concurrently the university is also upgrading infrastructure electrical circuits to meet the demand of the campus development programme and masterplanning of the campus to determine the layout and scale of the campus, building assets and the infrastructure networks that support them.
This project comprises heating plant and equipment changes to 16 building locations and associated infrastructure.
