Director – Advisory

With over 15 years of experience in asset and facilities management, Alex is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable leader in the industry. His experience includes leading several property/facilities entities as well as being the Project Lead on the only AM/FM All of Government Procurement Panel.

Alex’s role as a Director at WT sees him lead the Advisory and Building Surveying business throughout New Zealand. Alex performs the role of Key Advisor as well as developing the Advisory Team and performing business development.

Alex specialises in the “whole-of-life” of buildings, from both a cost and operational perspective, ensuring that owners get the most value out of their asset from the end of design and practical completion, through to the buildings’ end of life and deconstruction.
