Jeremy has over 39 years’ experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. Starting as a QS Cadet in Christchurch NZ, Jeremy has held senior positions with Professional QS practices, Construction Consultant Firms and Property Developers, based in the UK. He then headed back to NZ and joined WT in 2014. To gain further experience, he returned to the UK in 2015, then in 2019 settled back in NZ, and renewed his employment with WT.
Jeremy has experience across a variety of sectors, most notably in mixed-use regeneration masterplan schemes requiring the need to visualise schemes from limited information. He establishes close working relationships with clients and design team members. This experience is reinforced by his residential and commercial knowledge and supporting infrastructure developments.
Jeremy’s knowledge covers pre-contract, cost planning, value engineering, procurement and post contract cost management. Jeremy is also experienced in construction cost phasing and associated revenue streams.
