Kathryn joined WT in early 2022 as a cadet and transitioned to a full-time role after graduating.
Throughout this period, she provided essential support to senior quantity surveyors while enhancing her skills across diverse projects, including high-end residential properties, commercial facilities, and multi-storey apartments.
Kathryn is capable for delivering cost estimates, post-contract administration, financial reporting, and variation evaluations across both new construction and refurbishment projects.
Kathryn is highly enthusiastic about her career pathway. She has made the decision to pursue further education towards a Bachelor of Construction degree as part of her journey to qualify as a Chartered Member (MRICs).
She is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
