Konstanze has over 10 years’ experience in property and construction project management in Germany, managing commercial portfolios and construction projects for German and international clients.
She is experienced in business processes with solid understanding of strategic direction, structure & issues affecting the organisation/project, able to manage budgets, drive cost accountability, identify and reduce risks/issues and provide solutions.
Throughout her career, Konstanze has worked on a range of portfolio optimisation programs and construction projects including retail, warehouses, office and corporate real estate, collaborating with cross discipline project participants. Her hands-on mentality and ability to relate to a wide range of people allows her to build strong customer relationships, find the most suitable solution and offer optimum value to the client.
