Marvin has over 17 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, joined WT in early October 2023 and bringing with him experience in contracting and construction practices.
Marvin has been involved in a variety of commercial, hospitality, residential, and institutional projects in various service sectors within the APAC region and New Zealand.
Capable of supporting full-cycle project delivery from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage, Marvin is skilled in preparation of preliminary estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, tender appraisal, and post-contract administration including interim valuations, variation orders, final accounts, and financial reports.
Marvin is able to work closely with clients and consultants to achieve tight timescales and commercial controls of the project budget to support the client's project objectives and needs.
