Tim is a Chartered Civil Engineer who brings over 25 years’ experience in Portfolio, Program and Project Management working in the private sector and local government. He has held senior roles in civil infrastructure in New Zealand and offshore. As WT’s National Lead for Portfolio Program Management and Director of Infrastructure, he is passionate about adding value through client collaboration using his practical can-do approach.
Tim offers a wealth of civil contracting experience and offers commercial, procurement, risk and contract management expertise across most delivery models including construct only, design and construct, project and maintenance alliances working for NZ Tier 1 and 2 Civil Construction and Network Maintenance Contractors.
