Tim brings over 25 years’ experience in Portfolio, Program & Project Management working in the private sector and local government. He has held senior roles in civil infrastructure, property development and building services in NZ and offshore.
Tim offers a wealth of organisational change management having worked for 7 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting. He also offers commercial, procurement, risk and contract management experience across most delivery models (construct only, design & construct, project and maintenance alliances working for NZ Tier 1 and 2 Civil Construction and Network Maintenance Contractors.
As WT’s National Lead for Portfolio Program Advisory and Advisory Services lead for Auckland, Tim is passionate about adding value through Client collaboration using his practical can-do approach.
